VAL vs CS

For casual play I prefer val
For comp play I prefer CS

CS has a better skin system to me, because yk, gambling

Also, in CS you don’t have to deal with random utility.

There is no Neon sprinting around and bucking you in the mouth. Or a sagemommy pocketing Jett. Or an “I miss her” Reyna.

What do you guys think about CS vs VAL

EDIT: I am talking strictly gameplay, not esports

Valorant feels a lot less "solved" than CS, which is kind of a good thing and a bad thing. For pro play specifically, the age that CS has and the complexity of its meta rewards teams that have a lot of game knowledge and are extremely well coached and can execute well, however that has the drawback of games feeling very formulaic at times. Valorant feels much more dynamic and exciting, but with the drawback that about half of the games at the pro scene level are genuine unwatchable slop because half the teams have a terrible meta read and are playing some bullshit like solo viper breeze + phoenix, this gets especially worse in the games immediately after patches.

I prefer Valorant, too many cheaters in CS and I feel like Valorant has less cheaters

I also find extremely common to find racist, sexist, and other weird lobbies in CS, while in Valorant its very rare, at least for me

This is true, and really now that I think about it, the only counter argument that makes valorant “worse” is just stupid people, it’s not entirely the agent. But I will say I tend to get tilted WAY EASIER on valorant than CS
