Fixing the valorant ecosystem

I dont know about brackets.
But what i do know is that t2 feels broken right now. So lets fix it
Every t1 org, by a clause in their contract, will associate with a t2 org in challengers. Doesnt have to be an academy, could also just be an affiliate team. But they have the associate
And with how the t2 system has basically been for talent searching. Just lean into it with t2 orgs being paid by t1 orgs some reliable amount for talent searching. You can have some independent challengers teams (Because obviously there will be more t2 teams than t1 teams), but the point is obvious.
Give the t2 orgs reason to keep supporting a val team
And lets suppose a koi or talon happened... Then these t2 orgs would replace them. Simplifies that entire process. Obviously the players are another thing but thats different thats upto the players and the org itself.
And in t1 games. If they want to, then these t1 teams can sub in their t2 players (if said player is allowed to at all, no minors on stage after all)
Otherwise the t2 team acts like a substitute roster for the t1 team
I mean. Thoughts. Potential problems that may need to be ironed out.
I think its a good idea

Isnt that literally the point, to get new talent
I get its weird like 'but isnt that cheap'

Tier 1 (Open franchise): 8 teams (evaluated every 3 years) + 4 tier 2 teams from ascension (1 year in tier 1)
Tier 2 (partnership / semi-franchise): 8 teams
