Is Demon1 to C9 not the most obvious move? The swap would be for Penny. I like penny as much as the next guy but he is mechanically a bottom 2 duelist in NA, and now because we're playing penny as entry/duelist we're moving oxy off his comfort to Chamber, which is disgusting management.
Bring back Demon1, put him on chamber for all maps, and put oxy back on duelist. I think this team would fry.

he just doesn't have flashy and "clean" aim but it gets the kills just fine
he is also a way more consistent entry player than oxy is and doesn't have the same overheating tendencies
