Team Secret Scouting

How bad is talent scouting for TS actually? First they missed out on Patmen and now even Xavi8k seems like a really good player. They also benched invy for some reason and basically gave him to PRX. And they could have even picked some NAOS players because they looked good in Ascencion. Can you imagine how good of a roster TS could build if they had a good management and scouting?
Surely family business needs some wins to actually be profitable or are they okay with being the worst team in Pacific?

Bro their scouting is non existent you get in their trials by getting vouched by one of the players, you actually need to be friends or acquaintances with them

THEY did try to get xavi8k but he joined ge instead

TS arent willing to spend for buy outs or out bid other teams. They just get the cheapest players they can get. Hell, even their coaching staff is bad, only 1 coach per year.

Indian orgs scouted autumn, dos9, hvoya, monyet, texture btw.
And TS despite having so many ph players in vct don't even seem to be trying

theres no scouting, its a family business, you need to pay a dowry if you want to join the fam
