I just had this thought like how in the flying fuck do some of these guys survive in LA with 5k/monthly like u cant even get a decent apartment in LA for under 5-6k in a decent neighbourhood. BTW by decent home I mean 2BHK and even if u live in a 1 bhk where uk u gotta pay 3-4k/monthly in a decent area still tho how do some of these guys pay the bills and stuff unless they get benefits and shit which I dont know about. Like Berlin is still livable if u make 5k/month cuz rent cheap and the utilities are way cheaper . Seoul from what I heard and 67M KRW aka 45K USD is like upper class so ya . Lowkey riot should make the minimum wage for VCT americas like atleast 80k/yearly if they wanna keep that shit in LA and if they wanna uk keep 5kk/monthly as the minimum they gotta move to a place where players can atleast survive on 5k/month . That being said most players dont earn 50k but like orgs like EG and C9 only pay league minimums and shit from what I know so ya .

but like how much tho like ppl but these team capsules if
a) they look cool or
b) from the team they support

like and also ppl are also kinda tired of uk getting classics only right I expect (hopefully im wrong) sales for the skins to drop cuz ppl are tired of only getting classics .

i mean brazil is notorious for uk only showing up to the games when their team/teams play . Like remember lock in if the team wasn't brazilian barely a few ppl would even attend the games .

You can live pretty comfortable in most of the USA too. Especially if you dont have kids.

LA is just one of the most expensive cities in America.

Where I live, a nice 2 bedroom apartment is 1200 a month.

The more “blue” a state is the more expensive it’s likely to be. Someone needs to pay for all the social services and that someone is the working people who live in the state.

The closer to socialism a state gets, the more expensive it is.

i think its more related to cities being bigger since theres more rental speculation. this happens the same way here independent if the government is left or right wing. smaller towns = less expenses

you are right but he is not wrong in his analogy left leaning states decrease ur take home pay becuz the taxes are way state and local taxes.Me and my family live in LA(left leaning) and my uncle lives in Austin(right leaning) and I can see the difference. Like if u make 75k/yearly which is the median income of the avg american man after taxes ur take home pay is 55k in LA and in austin its 60k . You cannot deny this metric at all .

well i can't say for sure cause i don't live in neither cities or in US at all but from what i've seen austin seems like a "left" leaning city (harris won in the city in 24 and their mayor is a democrat) but then again i dont know if this translates fully to the administration + texas is a heavy red state so it might be a influence

either way i don't think there is a organized left wing in the US anyway, social-democracy at most, its more a fight of far right vs moderate right. can only talk about the experience on my country which just don't really matter if its right or left wing cause neither commit with controlling rising rent prices

just saying about brasil cause while our currency is way worse the cost of living is similar in a way living with 5k usd there seems similar to living with 5k reais (BRL) here. but 5k USD is literally 25k reais so technically players would live better (although im not favorable to making the league here)

yes austin is left leaning so is huston but if texas wasn't republican , these local and state taxes would not be this good where u can save so much money on ur income .

Na not rly most big city where uk most of the corporate jobs are , imo its unliveable unless u make 70K/monthly atleast imo .
na dude but srsly where did u find a 2 bedroom apartment for 1200 a month like in which area unless if u share an appartment with somebody I still dont find it believable . I live in LA too with my family .
But this is sooooo true more liberal leaning a state is more expensive it gets .
