Neat. Obviously management has a ton of money to work with, so it'll be exciting to see who they can buy or develop.

It's a team co-owned by Ibai Llanos and Gerard Pique, for sure will be EU

Probably the Spanish one but I hope EU. But still huge tho, the dude has huuuuuge fanbase, way bigger average viewers than Shroud for example. This could be sooo good especially for the Spanish community but also for all Valorant in general

What’s the point of these leagues? Why wouldn’t you compete in the biggest and international where you can earn more + get more reach? (Aka vct)

Because there's a limited number of spots

Yea but everyone is competing in these leagues anyways or not? so trying to get a competitive roster and play some vct qualifiers isnt a problem in my book

The European qualifier are first than the Regionals. I guess everyone will try the European and if they fail will go to the regionals

yeah this is how it works, everysone goes into the 256 team qualifier for a challengers slot, if they miss out on it they go to the Regional Leagues and there they qualifiy for the playoffs and then top 2 of playoffs goes into challengers 2

But if you play in the Spanish league for example you need to have minimum of 3 Spanish players right? It’s hard for most top EU teams to participate then, because they are so mixed regarding nationalities

you only need 1 active player and 1 in the bench (spain/portugal/italy) to compete in the spanish league

Seems like most will be fine. Only G2, Vitality & Alliance don't have 3 players from 1 region. Especially G2 have 4 from 4 different regions, others have 2 from 1 so they just need to sign someone or move someone to the country

I think its just gonna be majority wise, when u only have 2 from one country u just play there, also its not always countires, there is multiple countries in al leagues expect turkey

Acend, FNATIC, liquid also don’t have 3 players from the Same country

Its region based. Fnatic have Boaster, Mistic, Derke from same Northern Europe region. Same with Liquid. Acend is depending on where they put Ukraine, my guess is East Europe so Zeek, Kiles, Starxo.
