Coz most of the big orgs are not going to participate in any tournament unless it's related to VCT circuit or maybe they have a great thing planned in their mind for third party tournaments.

Not yet. Do remember that EMEA has its own TO, APAC has 3 separate regions (JP, KR, SEA; not to mention SEA has 6 different TOs for each subregion), NA their own, LATAM their own. It'll be revealed on their own time.
