What are some things that would improve vct?
I think that champs upper finals (and maybe all upper finals internationally) should be bo5, because 2 map bans and a first map pick is a huge advantage and should require a lot of to earn
Also would it be crazy if they made an international tournament with a round robin group stage and single elimination playoffs?
Round robin group stage and double elimination playoffs would be crazy too
That way all teams would have to play each other at least once

Oh! Ya I thought the agent bans were a cool idea
For the group stage it makes sense not to have them so more underdog teams/players with niche or high mastery on some agents (TE at 24 champs w deadlock) can make hype upset wins
For playoffs it should be more about versatility so agent bans would be make games more diverse
because what I first thought of abt the fearless bans were from league, and lck and lpl has those kinds of bans in every game they have whether it's playoffs or a normal group stage game
but now I see what it would look like for valorant and I think just keep it at playoffs for now
FOR KICKOFF + STAGE 1:
make the leagues have 16 teams
all the franchised teams will have to battle it out vs 16 VCL teams for a spot in playoffs
make it quadruple elimination (upper, upper middle, lower middle, lower brackets) and then make playoffs triple elimination to determine the masters slots
Kickoff 24 format was good. Just make the 2 qualifier matches bo5s. People complained too much when I thought it was pretty good (given only 2 slots for masters. Which I like for first masters but apparently many would disagree)
