Question about BABYBAY

Did G2 think he was so funny that they just couldn't let him go, and instead scapegoated JonahP?
How did my guy go from being a full time caster / analyst to a full time player within a few months lol, bear in mind he didn't play a single pro game for 2.5 years before joining G2.
I respect the grind though. He's like consistently top 10 in NA ranked and has been farming on sentinel off late. Even in pro games he's been solid, and people often forget he was the highest rated G2 player in Americas Stage 2 this year.

He keeps mental up, the players like him, I'm sure they liked jonah too but G2 did have some issues with flexibility since everyone had ONE role.

With babybay on senti, leaf gets to flex like he usually does, it also allows them to do Double duelist with Leaf/Jawg if they want potentially allowing them to try the evolving mosquito meta. (waylay/yoru). The inability to play Double duelist I feel was one of G2's biggest problems.

If I'm a coach on G2, I'd rather pick up a player that everyone has already played with and likes, that has proven they can do good work on our roster.
