technically yes but through like tubes/radiator. water flows through and evaporates above a heat source, the steam flows through a cools down becoming water, the water flows through and evaporates above a heat source, so on. its a contained water loop.

and even if water escapes it it just goes back into the air and will eventually become rain/water again, it is apart of the water cycle.
