well me personally i dont have any actual serious opinions on it as a platform since i dont watch anything on soop. People mostly dislike it cause riot apac made t2/challengers apac broadcast exclusive to soop (so basically KR) and with way less viewership (no non-soop costreams too), non KR teams didnt have much incentive

The UI is bad
UX is bad
Interface feel clunky
Chat is also kinda bad? You need to swap between chat and comment and it took a while to load
Ads is as bad as twitch.
