T2 talents left unsigned

now that the off season is coming to an end what are some T2 players that you think deserved T1 but didn't make it?
for me it's globeX and SimonD4rk especially the last one it's unacceptable how he hasn't been signed yet

KOI and T1 academy players especially since t1 academy was literally better than the ascension winners this year and koi was a solid team in t2 all year long
