2002 Hungary - Outside pit stops there was no passing whatsoever. Almost literally. There weren't many retirements either and only one of them (Button) was in any way relevant to points places.
1974 France - This one had literally no changes in the top 10 for the last 50 laps. Not a single pass, spin, pit stop or retirement. For 50 laps.
