Liquid is a consistent team with consistent players and a wide map and agent pool. A league based system is one that awards consistency over fairy tale runs and flukes. You cant get lucky forever in a league based system. I think Liquid is the team with most consistent players and I honestly believe using arguments like "Iceland" and "V1" are pretty outdated now and the team has changed a lot since then

The iceland argument didnt even make sense when it was recent. V1 was just far ahead in the meta and much better.
Even sliggy said they didnt expect to be able to win the tournament but wished to make a top 3 placement

V1 played the meta perfectly . they couldnt stop the meta

ofc, but did it even matter when TL ended up placing higher then them anyway.

Asuna will become the best Jett player in NA
(Not really that hot of a take, it's actually possible)

#22

he plays reyna and raze very well ..not sure abt jett..he is the kind of player Sentinels wanted who can play raze reyna jett almost all duelist depending on the maps

I agree he's not as good with Jett as he us with Reyna
But considering how Jett has been the meta ever since it came out, I think it's time 100T need a Jett player
And Asuna is already good with it, he just needs to improve his oping imo

Yep not that hot of a take. I always thought that he needed more time on jett to solidify it because that's what he was lacking due to switching to her so late into the game

#27

Yeah I agree
In fact he's already pretty good on Jett but he needs to work on his oping that's all
As for entry fragging, he's always been the best

asuna will leave 100t
a chinese team makes champions semis
sentinels dominate na but fall short at internationals (again)
gambit vs liquid is the new rivalry
a lot of changes in the south american scene give birth to super teams, south america runs through internationals
