Because London server players are worse on average compared to Frankfurt. Stereotypes are real for different servers.

yeah i do get the french quite often
but tbf sometimes they're funny and don't cry after 3 rounds they tend to be the good games
in immortal, french is common, but they are in immo for a reason, they arent as toxic as others and are usually pretty cracked

I have way easier time on london with like 38 ping rather than on stockholm/frankfurt with 16-18 ping
nobody plays in stockholm the players there play like 3 ranks below what their rank displays
Stockholm is full of Russians that ping peek all the time
London is so much easier from my experience
i accidentally queued stockholm once when i was like diamond 2 years ago and everyone, including my team, were literal bots
and yeah they were all russian

Most of people there have at least 2k hours in csgo and are super toxic
London server is full of egirls and casual players whose first fps game was valorant
