At this point riot should just remove her from competetive pool if they want to tackle her winrate because she is still consistantly picked in every single ranked game I have played. I saw a lot of harbor first day of his release but now no one wants to play him.

The harbor changes are not enough to cause a meta shift in ranked since he can't be a solo controller.
They released a smokes agent meant for reyna players and wonder why her pickrate is so insane. There shouldn't be an agent that can heal themselves and res themselves.
And can use util after death. Perfect agent for ranked. It's sort of like how no mater how much riot nerfs viper she still finds herself as a top pick in pro play. Some agents just work, clove is perfect for rank and viper is perfect for pro play.
