it isnt officially a 2.0 bundle yet, just because another skin has grip randomizers doesnt make it recon 2.0, the nice thing about recon was the unique inspect and kill banner hwile still having default shoot sound and ADS with a clunky no recoil gun model

the best thing about recon is the kill sound, phaseguard does not have that killsound so no its not the same
