What are other regions that should get a chance ?

Unlike now what are the other regions that riot should get a spot for to play in VCT ?
Current regions: NA, EMEA, BR, EU, CIS, LATAM, SEA, OCE (can't remember if any more)

Personally i thing SA should get a chance not APAC lcq. but a proper spot like other regions

OCE hasn't gotten a chance internationally at all. I think they should ditch the NA Lan idea, we don't get visa free access there anyways. Either they do it OCE only to qualify for masters/champions or they do an APAC Lan in somewhere like Singapore.
