Hello and welcome back to n1cf Weekly(whenever my fuckass wants to) J-Rock

メトロ (Metro) by Advantage Lucy

A band I recently discovered, they're kinda indie/Pop Rock-ish, So If you like bands like Lamp or the pillows you'll probably love this song and this whole album. I don't know much about them, as they only have two albums online on Spotify. You should check out both albums to be honest since they're around 40 minutes long each.

Hope you like it!

Which bands and singers would you recommend for jrock? I have only listened to one ok rock. The old songs were so good. Haven't listened to the new ones. Also asian kungfu as well. Japanese language in general sounds really good to me. Jpop is great too.

Any recommendations on emotional nostalgic type japanese songs? Something like these.

Thanks for the rec.

Well, I don't really listen to this genre of japanese music much, so I don't really know any bands that does this type of sound. Maybe you'll like Ichiko Aoba's works? I'm not really sure though. Her records are like ambient folk style and very, very slow. I always listen to her while sleeping or trying to focus on something
