tell me about their lore. Are they underdog or something? I wish it was team from different region, heck even different country.
they are undefeated at the worlds, but will be the underdogs today just based on the fact that t1 is the winningest team and are too good at worlds, kinda like nrg vs fnc champs final, were despite nrg coming from upper bracket they were kind of underdogs solely due to the fact that they were against fnc
i don't know much about league lore, i started following around this year's msi; but t1 looked shaky in groups but have absolutely turned around at playoffs
Nah. Also undefeated here is misleading lol. Only strong team they faced in their run to finals was geng who are known for choking every year in worlds playoffs. Tbh that's just how league is. Overall competition at top level is shit and there is a big gap between lck, 1 lpl team and all other teams in league.
T1 are a heavy favorites. Only actual competition for t1 is geng but geng are big chokers in worlds playoffs every year.
t1 is the greatest team in league history, everyone expected kt to lose to geng in semis so they're big underdogs but have played super well this worlds
KT is always likeable but can never do anything. History of disappointing runs, finally gets to a world final. Bdd is probably one of (if not the) best midlaner other than faker but has never been able to achieve anything.
