Aside from when he owned m4, he has not done much (and apparently, he's gone from GE). Is he even tier 1 worthy anymore?

The one time that Sen beat G2 on Ascent this year was because mCe helped them anti-strat it. His anti-stratting is some of the best, but I'm not sure about his other qualities.
