just pull a fortnite and make the gun deal way more consistent damage but then make it so that it can't deal more than 125 damage with a single shot, if it's anything more than 125 it just hits for 125 a shot (you can still 2 shot people way more easily but you can't kill someone with full armor in 1 shot)

make it 101 max dmg and im in, light shields should be more viable the outlaw is the gun designed to punish it shorty can be weak vs it and its not an issue
true, i kinda threw 125 out there but 101 works too
i'd rather 111 though because that way they're one shot to rifles after
