Nobody has LAN in their regions. Infact, regions like SEA are much larger than Brazil and have to play with ping disadvantage a lot of times because of different countries involved.

Think about that for a second.

SEA is not weak. There are many irons on this forum have a prejudice mentality against asian teams from cs go ( a game majority in asia don't give a single shit about ). This game is different and it's a new game, there are many SEA players and streamers. Japan will also likely to improve very fast because they have a lot of players and viewers for this game which is the only exception among every other esports not fighting game.

It’s true. The team in CSGO Asia didn’t do very well

I know, in Asia barely anyone play cs go ( korea don't even have the game in pc bang ) and they started playing the game really late like 2015 2016 ( at this point, other regions already far ahead ). There is not a very competitive scene to scrims and improve which is the most crucial. Valve never did anything to improve the game's popularity in Asia so it stays the same.

I mean Damwon is better than the teams you listed so how can you call KR a one team region?

SG/MY teams suck on high ping and one LCQ perf doesn't mean shit going by your logic India(the region with no VCT experience)>korea since they took down damwon? just wait for 2022 you'll see it for yourself as we get more LANs

I also believe KR teams aren't the best with high ping since they are used to 5-10 and with the fact Damwon is rebuilding but APAC should be pretty competitive next year

I agree with more LANs in 2022 it will make everything way more competitive in APAC than it was this year maybe there will be 2 regions added as well China and South Asia
