as a silver
the lobbies im in are usually high bronze-silver, it lowers when i'm playing with my friends (which is quite regularly)
so my career is littered with mvps

another thing that helps is your mindset, like genuinely just look at your kda (even though this is kinda bad teammate behaviour) and just aim for that every game
after all rr is just a number, your impact is shown in your kda

I came from CSGO so I was immediately Diamond/Immortal in Ep 1.

I did start in Silver in CSGO. I only played Dust2 and used the AWP, and I climbed from Silver to DMG. It actually fine tuned my aim playing Dust2 only 😹 Those were the days.
