not really. the trips serve as location reveals so they're still really effective.
unless ur one of those cypher judge mains who sit close to trips

they said it doesnt reveal till it fully activates now tho. i havent seen a clip on how long the new activation time is tho

no they just slowed down thew reveal time it still reveals before the trip activates. Like rn i think they mean it by like youll get revealed when the trip like pops and u get concussed thats when u will be highlighted.

maybe i misunderstood the change tho idk but if it is that like most trips in games are broken before youre concussed

yeah ngl I just saw the numbers cyphers a lot worse. Cam is visible now, for trips its 0.9s to get a reveal (0.5s rn) if they dont break the trip basically with no tether or concuss and it reveals if u move 4m away from the trip so like a jett dashing through trip would still get revealed but they wont fly back to the trip
