i think that he brings a lot tbh. hes turkish, so riens and woot should be more comfortable, he can play yoru/neon/jett/raze at a really good level, also Team Heretics 1 thing they really didnt have was a reliable op'er/awper, (champ teams had atleast 1 player that could op reliably, aspas, kajaak/boaster, mada, something, ara, jawgemo/leaf, flashback) could be good pick up for them. also his contract expires this year, so heretics wouldn't have to buy him out.
