If they remove regen(cooldown) abilities it is fucking over chat. You cannot tell me these devs are doing anything but trying to kill the game. Pretty sad cause the Esports side of things is massively improving next year, but if the meta and game feel like dogshit it does not matter how open or exciting Esports is.
