The agent seems broken at first glance but after watching the playtest, the only thing that would be balanced in a later patch would be the interceptor line of sight range and ult which is too broken for 7 points especially in pro play where your senti player has cracked aim. The ult interaction with the following agents need early changes :
Infinite regen, util tanking and a stim is way too broken. The stim needs to be removed or there should be a limit to the regen during ult.
Deadlock ult : The duration of the interceptor should not be comparable to the deadlock ult as the interceptor breaks it instantly along with the ult completely countering it is way too op.
KJ : The interceptor should not break KJ ult as it will have the same problem Tejo had.
Cypher : The trips should at least scan you when you are in the ult form but again you should not be able to run into site with the interceptor breaking every util immediately
Vyse : The vyse ult should work on Veto even when using ult. Also the vyse flash should not be broken when it activates as this just feels wrong.
Iso : The ult should work on him when veto is in ult as well given its a 1v1.
Scan agents : The scan have to ping you during ult otherwise whats' the point of a scan ability.
Info gathering : Skye flash and kayo should give info even if veto does not get flashed otherwise it would be impossible to keep track of him on the map during his ult.
Jett : You cannot have the interceptor take away an entry tool like smokes otherwise how will the enemy team enter the site veto is playing at.
Raze : Raze util being completly demolished by the interceptor is too broken again. Entry tools like satchel at the very least should not be countered by the free ability.
