i mean makes sense but for a 100t fan it should be concerning tbh, all the good players on 100t will be swoooped up by then (eeiu, cryo, etc.)

yeah this was already leaked that 100t are waiting until after ascension to build their roster and ascension will decide if they go the budget route signing tier 2 or spend a bag to get stars

because 100T want to rebuild their team from the ground up, but they are waiting 2-3 weeks for a head coach to get knocked out of ascension before they even start trialling players. In that time, other teams are going to be trialling players and 100T may miss out on some of them before they start to even look at them.

I dont hate Nbs but I dont think he is worth waiting for, TSM are a decent team but have never looked like the best team in Ascension other than 1 BO5 they played vs ENVY. 100Ts main advantage coming into this offseason was that they had more time than the other orgs who were at champions and now they are pissing it away for an underwhelming coach

Well I do not like this aspect of the hiring for sure, but Nbs also beat out Happy for the job. It's not like 100T did a coin flip and picked Nbs, Nbs must've convinced them or had a better vision for the future of 100T comparatively than Happy.

The other bonus with Nbs is, no one knows who the best players in Tier 2 are better than someone who had to gameplan against Tier 2 stars week in and week out for a whole year.

Timotino is him for sure but theres a reason why the other TSM players have been in tier 2 for 3 years and havent been anywhere near the best team during that time period

I'd be pissed if my team didn't make Champs and decided to wait until after Ascension for roster moves.

The only advantage a team like 100T have over the non-Champs teams is the fact that they had a month earlier to scout and trial.

Like imagine you want a player and now have to compete with Sentinels. Or s0m retires and youre now competing with the Champs winners for a controller or sentinel player.

I would hope they've been using this time trialing because they are certainly the backup option for any player who has multiple teams calling

100T would rather stroke themselves and pick up TSMs core who have never been the best in T2 apart from 1 series than actually put in hard work and be prepared for next season

The TSM players would still want to look at offers, it's different having a temp spot that competes with G2 and having a permanent spot
