Terrible bracket

Games have been fire but shouldn’t they have losers play losers on the other side of the bracket. Having G2 and DRX fight for the first elimination while being on the same side of the bracket seems stupid imo.

I was surprised that the losers didnt swap sides for the bracket but yeah its just unlucky

for everyone wondering im gonna answer why i "think" it's this way, so let's say g2 and drx are in different matches at the lower bracket and they both win, then there's 50% chance for them to play the same team they played first match, per example fnc can just lose and go play drx, and yeah you can say "let's have fnc go play g2" but at that point you are manipulating matches and shifting everything, with how they set up the bracket right now, there's no way they play each other until the lower round 3 where g2/drx win 2 matches and fnc/prx win 1 matche in lower which is fair at that point

note : this is just my personal opinion no hate pls

I think it's so two teams that were in the same group can't meet in the first round of lowers. Imagine if heretics and g2 could meet in first round lowers? Or nrg drx? That'd suck just as much

i think they will switch brackets in round 2 of the lower brackets

Yep exactly this, the way Riot like manipulating matches, to avoid rematches is to flip the bracket after loser of upper semi so loser of fnc/prx will end in the bottom half of losers

loser side flips in round two so teams don't just lose to the same team twice in three games and get eliminated
