Flash Initiator FIX

Suggest possible fixes for each flash ini here. Personally:
Breach: 3 flashes
Skye: Revert dog nerfs + 1 flash with 40 sec recharge OR 2 flash with one 50 sec recharge
Kayo: Still pretty good, honestly don't think he needs any changes
Gekko: Revert Dizzy uptime nerf (so back to 1.5 second), and maybe slight increase to Dizzy HP?

tbh I think skye dog signature (with hp nerf to like 30) goes pretty hard, it's not like every other drone isn't just better already too

Drone signature would be kinda nuts but I always welcome out-of-the-mold takes

• Breach needs the stun nerf undone and yeah probably a third flash
• Skye needs the dog nerf undone and ult reduced to 7 or even 6 points. Three info flashes would be broken
• Kayo and Gekko are fine

Yeah forgot to mention the cabbages. Them being 8 ult points is stupid.

Dizzy hp increase is diabolical. That shit is perfect as it is. Also giving breach three flashes you might as well take my left eye.

You'd probably set it at least at 40s like Haunt and Recon dart and as easily broken as them with limited vision, but yes, the intention is to make it very strong for reclearing in particular.

i think yoru needing a nerf is more important than flash initiators needing a buff, he made them obsolete.
