in apac servers, we are not allowed to play in korean server then why are they allowed to play in other apac server?

You need korean ID to play in Kr servers, and koreans needs VPN to play other servers. Atleast that's what i heard

in apac servers we are also not allowed to play in CN server but they can play apac servers also

Korea has a law where they need to present their ID on sign up for games.
