Which is completely fine, they're looking for a visionary coaching staff to mold t2 players into future stars with maybe a couple of t1s to lead the pack.

They're like the Washington Wizards of Valorant building a young unproven team as opposed to like the Sacramento Kings where they almost feel like a retirement home atp.

I would rather mCe be a Manager/Scout than a coach tbh, I trust him to find hidden talent but I think there are better coaches who understand the game more or have better ideas

the issue with going through this phase is that you need an actual coach who has a vision of the game that will work, because zikz was supposed to be "that guy" and he ended up being complete shit
