waylay is the agent that enables the old style of play flash since (can dash in and get out/not die) inti recon smokes senti with the saturate and ult being goated on retake u can run her with out missing yoru that much giving space for a flash inti
also INSANE at baiting util which again helps the flash inti (kayo,breach) who have good cool down cds a extra senti/duelist/smokes don't have it/aren't better then the stun/silence

waylay and breach combo is always good and its equivalent to neon + breach

teams figured out waylay now she's really great, waylay on release was so dogshit though
