also are you connected via ethernet.
all software and driver updates are up-to-date???

fps drops are not related to ethernet dawg
it most likely will be fixed by limiting fps and updating drivers
IF THIS DOESNT FIX IT THEN just change the slot your graphics card is in
put it in another pcie slot to test it out most likely will give lesser performance because of lesser lanes in lower slots of the motherboard but its enough to test
