I will go ahead and state that I did not watch a single playoffs match of VCT China since school started for me around the same time, so my thoughts might be absent minded or outright wrong so feel free to correct me.

Did BLG actually get good or was it just that all of China is on a bit of a slump right now? To me from what I saw in the Group Stage XLG and EDG have a much higher chance of not just winning a match, but making into playoffs and even DRG whether or not Voo or Demon1 plays. They just felt underwhelming but yall give me some insight because I am not fixing to watch all of China Playoffs right now.

In your Opinion was it more BLG and DRG stepping up or XLG and EDG stepping down, because from I saw in the Group Stage EDG were starting to heat up with Jeini going ham and XLG were looking to go back into Stage 1 Form.

DRG definitely stepped up 100% they just worked on their mistakes and simply got better.

EDG at the end seemed to have gotten a footing little bit with their double duelist but still havent seen enough to be confident of their abilies to beat others in their group.

XLG just feels like they rely on hero plays ngl. The plans were there the executions werent and someone would just turn up.

Summary: BLG is just good, DRG just got better, EDG just got stuck with the player swaps and meta for abit, and XLG has gotten less consistent.
