TSM winning everything is the best case scenario if we're talking business, viewership and money and all that, cane and ion aren't eligible later apparently and EG can pick up alym while 100T is unsalvageable

It's so funny how people say that about 100T when EG have literally never beat them. EG couldn't even beat 100T with Jawgemo.

ppl call 100T unsalvageable when they have consistently been the best NA team outside of G2 and SEN in the last 2 years.

In that time:
they havent missed playoffs
they got top 4 at an international and won a stage
not finished outside the top 6 in Americas except for kickoff both years

ppls anti 100T bias is crazy asf considering they havent been bottom half Americas in 2 years

everything I mentioned about them being 3rd best NA in the last 2 years was with Zikz as coach and Boostio who went -335 over his two years with 100T. If they get a proper coach and one or two new players who actually play all the roles they will fry and compete for internationals

they have been keeping basically the same roster for years and got nothing. Why would they invest on the existing talent if the young talent is just playing better?

to be fair to 100T management it's not like they havent picked up exciting players...

paid a 6 figure buyout for Cryo
brought in the reigning world champion IGL + AC + a top 2 initiator in tier 2 that year who came 2nd at ascension
brought in the best smokes player in tier 2 that year who came 2nd at ascension

just because it hasnt worked out doesnt mean they don't make ambitious moves, you could argue they haven't made enough changes but the ones they have made havent been all that bad

its what im saying, they have money. just keep buying good guys until it works. gambling on an 18 year old is always a hit or miss specially when they dont shoot as good as Cryo and EEIU.

100T never had a decent sentinel for the past 3 years and it feels like a waste of time watching them, they need someone that can shoot, push-create space and confidently take 1v1

okay, who do you suggest they buy that would fit well and realistically join? they have gotten eeiu and Zander from the tier 2 system, so its not exactly like theres no talent there.

im just not a believer of 18 years old and any first year player from Tier 2, i dont mind second year league player who came from Tier 2. obviously there will be really good special players and that would be up to the scouting teams to look at. i just dont think that is Timotino though im willing to be proven wrong.
