Instead of arguing over which region is stronger, lets argue over which seed is weaker? I think most of us can agree that the #1 seeds just clear the others and #4 seeds are the clear weakest but between the #2 and #3 seeds its more debatable. I think every #3 seed can beat any #2 seed except DRG who might be able to upset SEN.

historically the 3rd seeds should be beating the 2nd seeds but there’s a reason for why the 2nd seeds made grand finals
they should all be favored against lower seeds because they’re peaking at the right time, even teams like GX NRG DRG, especially considering teams like FNC TH T1 SEN etc are on a downtrend
No but I 100% believe by the time champs come, the 2nd seeds will falloff and 3rd seeds will return to form.
For T1, the difference RRQ and T1 wasn't even that big T1 won the first match. And imo T1 has a higher ceiling, so I think by champs they'll look good (not their peak but good) but I think the only way they make playoffs is dependent on TH's form.
For FNC, I didn't watch the GX game but the BBL game was in their favor but BBL's comp is really strong against FNC and then they choked hard on defense. FNC having time between playoffs and champs gives me hope they'll fix their map pool.
EDG got so much stronger as playoffs continued, I think if they faced DRG right now even they would win.
Sentinels is the biggest ? for me because their calling just looks off right now. But I think their issues should fixable since it's not like a certain player is just underperforming.
