can someone explain these roaster changes?

like why urango? don't get me wrong, he makes good "urangoat" comments on this website, but did Furia just give up?
I missed what was that +pyroll -elite right before playoffs? I've seen that he is a good player, but isn't it bad for the team chemistry ?

pyrolll was pretty good on Vyse they screwed him for making him play flex on tier 1 so suddenly

He was just non factor... You can atleast expect elite to solo carry 2 3 rounds per map..

Pretty sure one of the reasons Urango was even hired because Shaw (their coach) worked with him before, is friends with him, and trusted him or whatever
