Riot interfered bts…
Pro city basically means pros (t1,2 maybe 3) and high leaderboard radiants won’t play ranked… it’s outside riot’s control and they don’t like that

Also basically any1 got in after a while and it killed the level of play and some started sniping (allegedly)
