homesickness + SA teams are more likely to recycle talent cause of visas

Does riot have an arena or stage to play on in South America? Would be cool to have a stage in LA and a stage in Latam or Brazil.

first of all, riot should remove their official vct americas arena from being in a country where if you are from a second/third world country you have to wait 10 weeks to get your visa done, second of all all t2 latam teams can only train with eachother cuz all the latam t1 teams are in LA
