SadQwesz [#3]riot need to do something to revive South America
Start by moving the league to an easier point for teams in South America.
Too many visa issues and costs for orgs that can't just straight it up compete economically speaking.
It is time to drop cauanzin, send him to either Furia(hell) or tier 2(greener pastures)
