Our players are individually good, the problem is that our igls/coachs are horrible, In NA/Latam there are several good igls/coachs
MIBR is a competitive team because, in addition to having the GOAT, the coach is not brazilian.
Loud 2022/23 was good because it had an IGL and then a coach who were not brazilian.

I thought 22 loud coach was brazilian? And 23 was a brazilian coach iirc, the one with the loud jacket

bzka(the brazilian coach) from 2022 barely did anything tactically, the in-game stuff was all Saadhak and Sacy, bzka only took care of aspas and Less because they were very young.
2023 coach was frod(north american)

In 2022, bzka was the coach, but Frod was hired only for the Champions, but stayed until the end of 2023. Bzka moved to MIBR in 2023.
Furthermore, in 2023, stk arrived as an assistant.
