story from two days ago:
our vyse kept peeking mid and dying and was 0 7, he also said he'd play with the team instead of lurking but kept swinging mid, so i jokingly told him to lock in and he insta left team comms, started shooting me and following me around, told his duo to try and body block me into a corner, pinged my body every time i died, tried to run around me and jump in front of me wherever i went, and told the other team to report me for being toxic
we lost 11 13, i went like 17/16 and he was 9/21 by the end
funnily enough this is not the first time some shit like that has happened to me. i've played in NA, SG, MB, HK, KR, JP, and EU and only in Japan from Japanese players have I encountered this level of pussy behaviour lmao like there's no other way to describe it other than just beta male soyboy behaviour. it's happened to me for a variety of reasons, sometimes it's unprovoked and they call me gaijin because my ping is higher than the rest of the lobby's, sometimes it's because i'm entrying too fast, sometimes it's because i'm entrying too slow, sometimes it's because i'm lurking as senti, all sorts of reasons
it's like maybe 30 or 40% of games i've played, so not super common but it's the only region i've played on that displays this behaviour.
I comm in english but when i told bro to lock in i google translated "focus" to japanese, which i thought may have been mistranslated to sound more aggressive but the vyse basically wrote in chat "hey focus" every time i died so probably not
anyway it's simple english, there was a japanese dude on my team who spoke a little english and tried to keep the vibes up but i lowkey suspected him of trying to fuck me over as well because he tried to bodyblock me in a corner too one time. anyway i just played my own game and ignored the trolling, because i just wanted to have fun. it baffles me that this vyse would deliberately dedicate 40 minutes of his life to try and bother me LMAO like if you just locked in like i told you to we would have won, and whatever you do isn't gonna affect how i play. in the end i went positive and you went double negative, your mmr is gonna take a bigger hit than mine and you'll probably feel even worse because you spent the entire game trying to fuck me over and failed and lost on top of it whereas i had fun even though we lost.
anyway the fact that this behaviour is unique to japan just proves how cooked the region is. it's just loser mentality like how are you ever gonna win or play well if one little joke is setting you off and you respond like a bitch lol
granted i've met some chill dudes in japan servers who genuinely have a normal mentality and they play well and have good attitudes but holy shit man
