There's too much elevation to work around Vyse's sheer. The flash has some alright usage but it can lead to a lot of team flashes in the thick of massive team fights. The razor thorns have good coverage, but what's the necessity when you have a Killjoy whose molly damages planters rather than let them just plant and wait out the thorns.
Omen offers a lot of movement and entry capabilities, but Jett is probably a lot more safe to keep since her entries are fast.
fast entries aren't exactly necessary on Icebox
on B you're playing timings around a Viper wall every round which sage helps to alleviate while omen covers best (and can even fast split mid all by himself) and on A everyone and anyone can entry using the rope and movement tech, that's why reyna and later no-duelist comps even became popular in the first place
i mean jett is still very strong and i would rather have jett then omen on icebox
