Give him a break, he will come back stronger. He literally turned 18 and his world changed pretty fast, he came to LA just 8 days ago, leaving all his family behind. He is getting used to his new team so there is a lack of training, also the expectations were really high for him, so I understand his poor performance, probably he was nervous. I am sure he will adapt sooner or later
