yeah,the desk i have rn is weird af dont know how to explain it but i just want to buy a new desk but i find no useful information on the internet so thats why im asking if u could reccomend me a good gaming desk would really apreciate it

Normal desk will do the work for you and mostly all those desk in which you can adjust the height are pretty expensive

get one that is motorized, i need different height for when i study and game but im changing my chair up and down which irritates as my hand stays in the air, if the desk would move up and down it would help a lot

you don't even need a gaming desk just get a desk that's made of something that won't mess with your mouse or mousepad

This is from IKEA*, but its pretty good option for PC desk (non adjustable unless you buy extra feet though).
Google IKEA gaming desk hack, aka buy x2 IKEA Alex drawers and put IKEA Karlby countertop on top of them. I bought this combo just earlier this year and it truly is really good and sturdy. And it only costs like 250 euros. It was just one of good options that I found after trying to look for new desk. Maybe not for you, but just example.
