G2/Giants/Heretics leaks

As this is a Spanish leak I'll translate for the fellow vlr community.
According to Lembo who works for Giants not only as a content creator, G2 has done an offer for Pipson to be their coach and is the only option they want to consider for the moment as a coach. The problem comes when Pipson answer is yes, but only if hoody and Meddo come with him, they are still in negotiations right now. I honestly don't know what would be the final deal but as a G2 I would be satisfied even that is not the game changing pick up it could be.

Heretics was planning to buy the spot but they lost an auction against the new team of the Spanish influencer Ibai and Pique the soccer player, so they switched the budget to Valorant and started the tryouts. The problem comes when another spot on the league gets available and they decide to buy it, taking away most of the budget for Valorant. So, they started with big names like NBK but had to go back to smaller things. Mertz seems pretty confirmed as a Jett, people say he is really cracked. Russz pracced a few days, but the ones that have been in tryouts for longer (about two weeks) are Rhyme and ec1s. This makes absolutely 0 sense to me because first of all they are not that great pickups, especially ec1s IMO, but most importantly they don't really fit with the roles. Rhyme directly overlaps with Alorante, unless he sticks just to Sova but then, who would play Sentinel?

Rhyme can play pretty much every role and ec1s is a pretty good IGL so it's not that confusing of a pick up. Also the G2 pickups would(if confirmed) be underwhelming but probably more cost efficient. hoody and Meddo are definitely cheaper players to get than like pAura and Russ or something like that but they would also have to buy them out from Giants. However, this move would leave G2 without a good IGL, which is not a good idea whatsoever. We saw what happened last time G2 tried to be successful without a good IGL and I'm sure they won't make the same roster mistake again. I still think G2's move should be to try and get Fit1nho from Giants and pAura to be their IGL. If G2 can manage to get the coach they want as well as Fit1nho and the best sentinel main in EU(Gambit isn't in EU so chill and pAura isn't going back to Turkey), then they would have a great offseason in my eyes.

The thing is that Lowel is and IGL too, so idk know who would IGL but having lowel option I don’t get why you would get ec1s, while there are better available smokers. The other option would have been to get rid of Lowel but it seems like is not gonna happen.

And about G2, I agree, or either mix is very confident that he can IGL better now because he is in an easier role to do so than before, or they should reject Pipson’s offer. Paura wouldn’t be an option as an IGL tho, he has said he can’t do it in English, I think Davidp is a better option, but I really hope they leave Giants alone.

we already have AvovA the best smoker in EMEA and top 1 or 2 in the world, and that's what davidP plays, wouldn't be worth it to bring david just to IGL and play him on a role that isn't his best one IMO

rhyme pretty good, ec1s is alright, and if mertz and NBK are as good as people say, then heretics lowkey have a decent team. but then what does lowel play?

I think NBK is discarded because of the money.
Lowel plays Sova, Viper, Skye, Sage currently. But still I do think there would be rol conflicts in that roster

you literally dont have a clue about the game and just repeated what an idiot who knows nothing either like lembo said on stream, rhyme is an insane player and he hasnt played raze/second duelist in ages, he can play every agent really well, he is a beast. Lembo said his role overlaps with al0rante on stream cuz he doesnt know shit and you just repeat what he says and post it here kekw also he is an idiot thinking rhyme is not a great pickup, he easily one of the best flex players available

How is he an idiot who doesn’t know what he is talking about? Why would he leak things about his own team if they weren’t true?

About the Rhyme and ec1s, I haven’t said they are bad, I said not that good especially ec1s. Yes, Rhyme is not a bad player

The last tournament Rhyme has played was the Red Bull where he did play Raze so I don’t know what you are talking about. He also plays Sova/Skye/Kayo/Viper basically the almost the same agents as Lowel. ec1s fits with the smokes but you don’t need an IGL and there are better smokes available, for example brave.

They are not bad, just not what Heretics needs, at least not both of them, because again, who plays sentinel?
