Does Gym Destroy Aim?

So i've been hitting the gym more often than not now where I started hitting arms regularly. But even a day after the gym or 2 days, or 3 days (without arm day), my flicks feel over than usual. It's like my sens has become faster and i lose control.

Yes I do warmup every time I play
and Aim Train 2 hours b4 bed
and my sens still feels faster.

Is it because of the gym? why? Should i lower amount of arm days or risk losing muscle memory by changing sensi?

Yeah, writing and stuff destroys my aim too. I mostly type now

Seems like hard work that doesn't require minute movement of your hands kinda destroy it

I complete my assignments as warm up
I only play DM if I didn't get any homework

Lmfao ok. I find that writing, especially for a long period of time, really really fucks up my aim. I could consistently get 20-25 in hard if I didn't write, but if I do, I find it usually goes about 10-15. It feels really bad

I guess it's the studying that helps me more than writing. It warms up my brain and then I play more calmly and more irritating for my foes
