They are not better than Rrq (very close tho)
we havent seen GenG vs RRQ in the new meta (aim and more timing based)
Also looks like GenG reverted back to using comfort picks instead of meta team comps so they could very well be better than RRQ now.
I love RRQ, and I love Jemkin, but they do rely a lot on Jemkins fragging power. GenG is overall a better, and more complete team.

geng > rrq because rrq relies HEAVILY on jemkin to frag
if jemkin has an off game they could very easily be blown out also just them having little experience hinders them for me a tiny bit.
